Selina starts right off giving helpful hints for ways to improve your home's showability. I like that she gave various ideas, some if we had time to do more and then alternates if we couldn't manage the bigger improvements. Pictures are very professional, and it was easy to maintain communication with her. She is a pro at what she does yet with a warm, caring personality. We are so glad we chose her to sell our home!
