Selina starts right off giving helpful hints for ways to improve your home's showability. I like that she gave various ideas, some if we had time to do more and then alternates if we couldn't manage the bigger improvements. Pictures are very professional, and it was easy to maintain communication with her. She is a pro at what she does yet with a warm, caring personality. We are so glad we chose her to sell our home!

I have used Selina two different times now. First for the sale of a home and purchase of another, and now for another purchase. Although I have now purchased, what I believe, is my forever home, I would 100% go back to Selina for any needs I may have. When selling my home, she asked me to get it ready to sell before she came to see it. When I (thought) I was done she came to look at it and we went through each room. She gave me suggestions on what to move, remove, add, etc. to make the room more presentable for potential buyers. I listened to exactly what she suggested and sold the home in a week. She is quick to respond to texts/messages. She is informative and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have stumbled across her years ago. Highly recommend!!
