As first time home buyers, we were lucky to have Ingrid navigate the process with us. She helped us narrow down what we were looking for, and educated us about the home buying process along the way. She was incredibly responsive to our phone calls, texts, and emails, of which there were many. Her relationships with brokers, inspectors, and agents along the way spoke to her immense knowledge and experience in the field of Home Realty. Her willingness to go above and beyond put us at ease and assured us that we could be confidant in the home we were purchasing. Her dedication was exemplified during the final walk through of the home, scheduled only hours before the closing. During the initial home inspection,it was noted that in the far corner of an eve, there appeared to be a small water stain. Although there did not seem to be any damage, he suggested we look in on it the next time it rained. It happened to be raining the afternoon of the final walk through, and though this conversation was the furthest thing from our minds, Ingrid, in a nice dress, opened up the eve to crawl inside and shine a flashlight in that area. We would recommend Ingrid Lochte to anyone looking for a reliable & knowledgeable realtor.
