Ingrid was both our seller's agent and our daughter's buyer's agent. Selling: Our house was under contract in three days. When we were interviewing realtors, Ingrid and a team of realtors came through our house and gave many suggestions on how to make it more show- and picture-worthy. She also had lots of suggestions about how to get rid of items that we no longer wanted. She then met with us and planned out a strategy for pricing, when to list, and how to advertise. Every time my husband or I had a question (and we had a lot), Ingrid responded either immediately, or if she was with another client, within an hour or so. She is extremely knowledgeable and straight-forward. Ingrid isn't afraid to tell you if you should remove some wallpaper or move some furniture around. While the house was under contract, she juggled all of the details while keeping us informed during the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and the results speak for themselves. Buying: Our daughter was a first-time home buyer who was looking a very particular type of older home. Ingrid provided her with patient guidance through the whole process. She has been helping buyers for over 20 years and is extremely knowledgeable about issues that you might find in older homes. We really appreciated her honesty and straightforwardness. She also helped our daughter get through the paperwork, inspections, etc. that were required for her to get her first mortgage and purchase her dream home. Our daughter is extremely happy with her purchase and with Ingrid's work. We have used seven different realtors in our lives so far, and Ingrid is the best!

Ingrid is an amazing agent. Not pushy and has your best interest at heart. She is down to earth and will help you find the home you are looking for. You will not settle just for any home, she will make sure that you are happy. When we sold our home, she went above and beyond to help us get it on the market. Never had to worry about anything on either side....buying or selling. If you want an agent who looks after you like your her family, she is definitely that!

My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and we had been looking for almost a year with another realtor. Well just when we had givin up our friend had introduced us to Ingrid. There are not enough words to describe how caring, hardworking, knowledgeable Ingrid is. We are a blended family and we wanted a particular kinda home and Ingrid did not stop until we found it! Above and beyond work is an understatement for what she can do. Our bond with her hasn't stopped at the table. We are continuing to communicate with her. I can not thank her enough for being our missing piece to our puzzle that brought our family together!! Ontop of it all she helped plan my surprise engagement at the table!! I have told everyone I know if you need a home or want to sell a home I have THE BEST realtor! We will forever not only be working with her in the future but also building a great friendship.

As a first-time home buyer, I could not have felt as though I was in better hands than with Ingrid. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and I learned a lot from her about what to look for (or look out for) in a home. She was very thorough when looking at houses and did not sugar-coat anything, so I felt confident I knew what each house had to offer or what problems it might have. Ingrid was also very responsive to text - any time I saw a house I was interested in, I would text her, and she would make time to see it right away so I wouldn't miss out in a competitive market. Once I found the home I was looking for, Ingrid helped me navigate the whole process from contract to closing with as little stress as possible. I feel very lucky to have had Ingrid as my realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone!
