Rose listed and sold my Condo in a short time. Her expertise in navigating the process during & after the initial offer was invaluable. At settlement, the settlement officer was (I think) somewhat new and Rose caught several errors on the settlement sheet before we signed. I think it was a few hundred dollars, but it could have been much more. Her work ethic is insane. Once something comes up she's all over it. She should have a professional designation of GSD - Gets Stuff Done.
