Selina is a great agent who follows through on everything. I have purchased two homes and sold two homes with her and the experience has been fantastic. She made sure I sold at the highest price and negotiated the best price for purchasing my homes. She helps with every aspect of the process including the inspections and financing. She goes above and beyond to make sure and explain the complete process and truly has your best interest at hand. She is one of the hardest workers I know and made sure to complete all the necessary paperwork that was needed even know I was out of town. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for any real estate transactions.

Ingrid is the best Realtor we've ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through everything from listing and marketing the house to staging the house for potential buyers, contract negotiations, and various inspections to settlement. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. On top of that, we had an offer in less than one week which we accepted and settled within 30 days! She even helped with marketing household items we wanted to sell online. Ingrid is professional, personable and fun to work with. Selina went above and beyond for us! We always got an almost immediate response from her no matter what day of the week or what time of day.
