We used Selina as our realtor when selling our home in PA. We liked her style from the moment we met her. She was knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy. Pictures were taken, notices were sent to realtors in the area indicating our home would soon be on the market and an open house was set up. We had multiple offers after the open house and our home was under contract the very next day. Selina kept us abreast of the settlement process and arranged for us to pre sign the settlement documents so we wouldn't have to travel to settlement. She handled the walkthrough and attended settlement as our POA. We highly recommend Selina and the team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Realty.
